Jennifer Rene Psaki
Psaki was the third oldest daughter. She was the daughter of Eileen Dolan Medvey (Psychotherapist 8]) and Dimitrios R. Psaki (Greek, Demetrios R. Psakes), who were both real estate developers. Her grandfather was a Greek who immigrated from Greece in 1904 and her mother was of Irish origin. In the year 1976, her parents got married. Psaki is also of Polish ancestry.Psaki has graduated from Greenwich High School in 1996. In 2000, she earned an education from the College of William & Mary. She is an active participant in Chi Omega. Psaki competed in backstroke swimming with the William & Mary Tribe for two years. Psaki began her professional career in 2001 when she worked on the reelection campaigns of Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate. Psaki was later appointed as the deputy press secretary for John Kerry's presidential campaign for 2004. Psaki was the communications director for Joseph Crowley, a U.S. representative, as well as the regional press secretary of Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced that Psaki will serve as a political analyst during the 2022 United States Presidential Elections. In 2023, she will host a program on MSNBC's Peacock streaming service.
